As part of the E-Municipality Project, through which Ramallah Municipality aims to implement an efficient, digital service system, all public services have been digitized to facilitate interactions with citizens, developers, and partner institutions. This platform allows citizens to complete and submit their requests online. Soon, it will also enable users to track the status of their requests, make payments, and receive confirmations electronically.
