San Fernando Garden was opened in 2012 in the Batin Al-Hawa neighborhood. It offers playgrounds for children, family seating areas, and is equipped to accommodate visitors with special needs. Designed to enhance the city’s aesthetic appeal and recreational spaces, the park addresses the growing need for green areas in rapidly expanding neighborhoods like Al-Batin Al-Hawa. San Fernando Garden is apart of a partnership between Ramallah Municipality and the Municipality of San Fernando, established through a cooperation agreement signed in 2004.
