Situated on Tokyo Street near the Ramallah Cultural Palace, this square reflects the patriotic spirit of Karim Khalaf. Its design features an eternal flame to symbolize his unwavering dedication. Khalaf, born in 1937, was a prominent leader, a key figure in the National Guidance Committee, and a staunch advocate for Palestinian independence. Despite being exiled and placed under house arrest, he remained committed to his city and people until his passing in 1985.
